Named Accountable GP

All patients are allocated a named accountable GP this information is given out when you register with the practice. The accountable GP will have overall responsibility for the care and support that our surgery provides to you. This does not prevent you from seeing any GP in the practice. Please contact the practice if you wish to know who your named accountable is.

If you have a preference about your named GP the practice will make reasonable efforts to accommodate this please just ring or ask at reception.
