Coronavirus (COVID-19)  latest  guidance & information

Please note that Spring Gardens Group Medical Practice remains open as normal during the Coronavirus pandemic. All that has changed is the way in which we will see you to help, treat and support you. Please do not come into the Practice in person. As always, if you are worried about your health and need to speak to a GP or Nurse, please call us instead, and a member of the Reception team will help you. Instead of having an appointment face to face, in person, at the Practice, they will in most cases arrange a telephone appointment for you in which a GP or Nurse will call you at home. Following this telephone appointment, if it is necessary, then you may be asked to come in for a face-to-face appointment. This may also need to be at a different Practice within Worcester city, and you may, for example, be asked to remain in your car. Do not worry, a member of staff will support you with how everything will happen. You might also be offered a video call - Spring Gardens admin team will help you with how to set this up.

Our friendly team of GP's, Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, Managers and Admin staff are available, and ready to help treat you and take care of you as normal. All that has changed is the way in which we will see you, in order to prevent patients from physically coming on to the site, enabling you to stay at home, stay safe, and prevent the spread of Coronavirus. Thank you.
