UPDATE - 27/03/2025

TECHNICAL ISSUES - 27/03/2025

Unfortunately we are having significant issues with our phonelines today, preventing any calls from connecting to the surgery since 8:30am. We were able to obtain access to the phones at 9:30am but they soon went down again and we are still unable to make or receive telephone calls.

Our provider is aware of the severity of the situation and are continuing to work towards a fix.

We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused and we will be back answering calls as soon as we are able to.

We are still able to accept online triage requests, however please not that this should not be used for urgent enquiries as we cannot guarantee a response time.

Thank you for your patience!
